Back in 2011 Bigfoot Tracker LLC. won
a judgement against Biscardi and
Searching For Bigfoot because Biscaidi didn't get a release to use
Rick Dyer in his film or on his DVD cover.
The cover was changed but Dyer is still a main part of the film.
Biscardi thought the release Dyer signed in 2008 to loan Biscardi the fake
Bigfoot was still active. That had nothing to do with this Movie and the Judge
agreed! Biscardi didn't even show up and the Judge issued a $5000 Judgement and
Biscardi had to remove Dyer from the film.
December 2012 Dyer orders Anatomy of a Bigfoot Hoax.
This is the best selling film that Biscardi ever had and that's do
to Rick Dyer being the star of the film! So we will go back to court
to get a injection order to stop the sale of this of this dvd or pay up!

FYI.....2008 was the best profit year for CNN ever! And no one in the bigfoot world lost money.
