PHOENIX - A Valley used car dealer with a history of fraud has been arrested on theft charges by detectives with the Arizona Department of Transportation's Office of Inspector General.
According to ADOT officials, owner of Trade-In Auto Brokers dealership Robert Salmo had recently advertised a 1966 Pontiac Grand Prix online under the name of his business.

A California man abducted last month remains missing, as the FBI searches for clues and three suspects who demanded a $2 million in ransom, reports said.
Ruochen "Tony" Liao, 28, was kidnapped July 16 in a San Gabriel shopping plaza, about 10 miles east of downtown Los Angeles, FBI officials said.
Liao, who owns a Southern California luxury car dealership, had finished an evening meeting with business associates when three men abducted him. The men reportedly pulled up in two vehicles, a Toyota minivan and a Range Rover, officials said.
This is a photograph of Tony Liao in 2017. The kidnappers contacted Liao's family in China and demanded a $2 million ransom, but did not provide instructions on how to deliver it, officials said.

Although a motive has not been determined, the abduction followed a possible robbery or business deal gone bad, FBI officials said.

On Wednesday, the used car dealership at the corner of Airport Boulevard and Springdale Road was busted by the Austin Police Department for operating without a valid license.
"This is very uncommon, actually," said Officer Lamarcus Wells, APD District Representative in Region 3. "[We] had word that a dealer, unauthorized dealership, is operating at this property, so upon follow-up and inspection today, we found violations."

This latest reveal follows earlier spy photographs, which confirmed years of rumours that the next generation of America’s sports car, due on sale in late 2019, would undergo the most radical change in the car’s 65-year history. Its sharper, cab-forward shape was seen for the first time, after the heavy black cladding of earlier development cars was shed.
In a further break with tradition, the new Corvette, known by its C8 model code, will be sold alongside a version of the current car. Sources inside General Motors, which owns the Chevrolet brand, indicate that we can expect a slightly revised version of the existing C7 as an entry-level alternative. Although the C8 will carry a price premium over its front-engined sibling, it will be sold at a price that significantly undercuts the junior supercars offered by other manufacturers.
There will be no surprise in the choice of launch powerplant, with the C8 set to reach the market using a developed version of General Motor’s current LT-spec 6.2-litre V8. Although this engine still uses pushrods, and will be unable to match the low-down torque of turbocharged alternatives, the all-alloy unit has many virtues: it is light, responsive, relatively cheap to build and able to generate around 500bhp with little work.
It also gives a clear connection between the radical new car and the front-engined Corvette that will continue in production. This could be advantageous given the existing car has an older and more conservative buying profile than other sports cars in the US.
Punchier powerplants are a certainty, however — especially given GM’s history of offering faster variants soon after the launch of a base car.
Media in the US have reported that these will include a newly developed overhead camshaft V8, set to be sold in both naturally aspirated and twin-turbo forms, the latter sure to produce at least as much as the 745bhp of the current supercharged Corvette ZR1. Beyond that, a hybrid version will add an electrically powered front axle to the mix, potentially giving a total system output approaching 1000bhp.

A smile came over their face and She said all I would like you to do is come out and share what we're experiencing . I asked them why would they want to share this with me giving my past it just doesn't make any sense. They told me everyone lies and they for one we're happy that I lied about killing one. They knew the Tent Video was real and they like me as a person. They also said that given all my lies that I was probably the most honest person in Bigfoot because I admitted my lies and flaws, that's something you don't see in the Bigfoot community. Most people care about having a radio show every week talking about real Hunters or how many conventions they can attend. I agreed to go out to the property with conditions. I really didn't know if they were going to kill me and hang me from a tree.
Q. Did you physically see a Bigfoot?
A. Yes and 2 with me seen several Bigfoot together for long periods of time.
Q. Do you plan on killing one to prove their existence.
A. On September 6th 2012 I saw one, I shot at one and thank God I didn't kill one. So your answer is absolutely positively no I would never harm a Bigfoot in any way she perform and would use deadly force to prevent anyone from doing so.
Q. Did you take any pictures and where will proof be released.
A. There's no need to take pictures when you're right there feet from them. I'm not special anyone including scientist can go out with the owners to experience this. The owners have a catalog of pictures and video over the years. Their logs are very detailed. Proof will be released by third-party credible professionals in their field. Everything is up to the property owner / host. I'm just happy that I was chosen for this monumental discovery.
Q. Are you ready for the haters.
A. Any hater will be promptly blocked and ignored. I needed free advertisement in 08 and 14 because most of it was a lie. This is totally different... This will speak for itself.
Q. You know no one's going to believe you?
A. Not asking anyone to believe, get their hopes up, buy a DVD or to give me money. I just want people to be safe while in the Florida Woods.

I wanted to share one more thing we were about 30 miles away from the site we passed a house in the middle of nowhere on a dirt road with a huge Bigfoot cut out in their driveway while looking for migration trails.
