I cant stand merchant, but you labeling him as a racist.
if he does not admit that he is a racist, you can be sued for defamation of character, and you are going to lose in court,
especially since you have priors. you dug yourself a hole that you can't get out of.
I'm no Merchant fan, but when he used the N word, he was quoting someone else who directed the slur at him. He probably shouldn't have used the word at all, but it certainly was not used in a hateful way.
The song is anti-Christian from an atheist point of view. Jesus was a Jew and the scripture claims that Jesus arose from the dead (zombie) and eventually flew up to heaven, so that's not really controversial.
I do have a problem with his anti-Muslim statements, but I'd say that about 80% of Americans agree with him sadly, so I doubt he will get into much trouble for that.
Merchant's lawyer would have to show that Dyer was knowingly misrepresenting Merchant. Regardless of whatever Merchant's intentions were in the videos, I don't think a judge or jury would would fault Dyer as being liable.
Calling anyone a racist is not defamation. It's the same thing as if I called someone a Christian or a Jew, it's called discriminatory acusations which is totally legal when the other person is making or showing an unfair or prejudicial distinction between different categories, Race Or religions. This raging moron Merchant obviously is doing that, clear and evident, Case Closed!
