New York Department of State Division of Licensing Services Say Kulls
is NOT a Investigator and never was. They also stated that he did at one time
hold a Security Guard License and worked at a department store, But that
license was suspended recently fro non-payment of Child Support!
They also stated that its against the law for him to be investigating anything
in the state of NY and use the words Detective, Investigator or Former.
Being a department store Security Guard don't make you a Investigator!
They said they would open their on investigation into this matter!
