"PA Bigfoot Photo Hoax"

Note from The President: This is the kind of thing that would continue  to happen again and again if it wasn't for Rick Dyer who shot and killed a Bigfoot. Everyone who buys a DVD will be invited to come out in December to view the body in person if you can get there.
If you want to see the body of a Bigfoot in clear HD detail, order your copy of "After The Shot" and also "Bigfoot - The Autopsy". Don't forget, if you can't make it to the party on 12-12-2013, you can order the PPV as well. To order, go to the site  HERE

Hiker John Stoneman says he caught two Bigfoot's -- or at least two massive creatures -- on camera in Pennsylvania several weeks ago. A tipster tells Huff Post Weird News that either Stoneman was lying, or he didn't know that what he actually caught was a tree stump.

And he claims he has the photos to prove it.

On Thursday, the anonymous tipster sent a photo of what appeared to be the same, hulking figure that Stoneman caught on camera, but from a different angle.

2nd photo showig a tree stump according to the person who took it

"It was a scam," the tipster said, claiming that what we're seeing in the photo, is a tree stump that's been uprooted by well drillers.

Both Stoneman and the tipster didn't return calls for comment, so the authenticity of each photo is suspect.
Stoneman said previously that he was driving his car through Kinzua State Park when he noticed not one, but two creatures lurking in the woods.

He said at the time, "I'm a skeptic myself. I'm not a believer, but this was not a bear and you can see fur on it, ... It's wider at the shoulders and tapers down whereas a bear is bigger in the middle and stands differently with its paws out -- this was standing like a man, like a Bigfoot."
What is your opinion?

"Bigfoot Sightings In Alabama"

If you are searching for Bigfoot in Alabama, you might want to head north. Or, point your car towards the giant peach water tower.

Topping the list is Morgan County with five sightings since 2008, including a 2012 sighting at Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge. A kayaker spotted something near a creek and a later investigation determined the creature to be "very stocky with little to no neck"
"It appeared to be about 7 feet tall and weighed around 400-plus pounds," BFRO researchers said.
Next up were Limestone and Chilton counties, each with four sighting.

One Limestone's most recent sightings took place in 2001. That creature was reported to be "8-9 feet tall. It had brown hair covering its body, appeared to have no neck, very long arms, and took long strides."

Chilton County also has four sightings. The home of the peach water tower has a long history of Bigfoot sightings dating back to the 1960s, including some suspicious tracks found in the peach orchards.

Overall, there have been 73 Bigfoot sightings reported in 42 of Alabama's 67 counties.

"Intricacies Of Naming A Genus"

Taxon, Genus, Species, Classification? What should Hank, the sasquatch that Rick Dyer provided to the science community, be named?

By Jason Judd Team Tracker Member

This is a very interesting question that I can imagine that many of you would like to know. While we just call him Hank for now, and probably forever, science must categorize this creature within the Darwinian flow of life from a common ancestor. How does the genus classification begin you ask?

The science of morphology, biological systematics, and molecular phylogenetics (data from DNA sequences). What the “H” are those? Just trust me. The last two stated systems have revised many genus classifications in the last decade within both homologous and analogous types.

The problem: Hank is a new species. So what DNA do we compare him with in order to correctly classify him? First, since he is bipedal, he will be compared to Homo sapien and Homo sapien sapien. Next is the comparison of Neanderthal and his genome. Finally, the comparison of primate genes from gorilla down to lemur. Then the morphology of ancestrial bipeds will be compared with Hank’s skeleton and skeletal structure. This takes time…..lots of time……and it’s nothing more than just coming up with a name on paper.

FoxP2 Gene is a very important gene that separates sapien from the rest of the primates. This gene is also found in Neander, thus giving him the ability to speak or communicate. If Hank has a version of this gene that is similar to ours or Neanderthal and has at least one more amino acid strand longer than a chimps FP2 gene, then Hank should be classified as Homo or a type of Australiopith.  Another gene that will separate Hank from lower primates is the srGAP2 gene, which is only duplicated in humans and other bipedal ancestors.

 This gene gives hominids and humans the ability to think quickly, reason, deduce, and react accountably.  Depending on the length of this gene and Hank’s morphology, this will define his genus classification as Homo or Austrliopith.

Next is the species name. This is what separates sapien from erectus, erectus from heidelburgensis, denisovian from Neanderthal, and Habilis from rudolfensis—each all from us. Normally, this is location of discovery, discoverers name, a specific trait or the combination of the three. This is where it gets fun….

Location: America, Texas, Bexar County, San Antonio.
Discoverer: Rick Dyer
Traits: Bipedal, Hairy, Large, Muscular
Many species names are associated with Latin language.

America = Americus
Hairy = pilo
Large = gigas
Dyer = Dy

So what would be a reasonable name for Hank, the North American sasquatch?

Homo Dygigapilo-Americus?

Or

Australiopethicus Dygigapilo-Americus?

Those are definitely mouthfuls aren’t they. I for one will continue to use Hank unless specifically asked for a genus name; or, the current fad of “squatch” is fun, as easily rolls off the tongue.

"A Non-Skeptic's View Of The PG Film"

(Editor note: Over the last few weeks, we have been presenting a skeptic's  point of views on this famous film taken in 1967. Now, here is a non-skeptic's point of view. The opinions expressed are not necessarily those of Rick Dyer, Frank Cali or Team Tracker members.)

I'm writing this to offer a "non-skeptic's" point of view on the infamous Patterson/Gimlin film of Patty. That's right, I'm a believer. That means I BELIEVE it to be a genuine film of a Sasquatch, I don't KNOW it is. Patterson and Gimlin are the only two people who can know that. Patterson's dead, but went to his grave saying the film was real, and Gimlin agrees.

This 1967 film has captured my imagination ever since I was a child. I grew up seeing the film on shows like "Unsolved Mysteries" and repeats of  "In Search Of" (my absolute FAVORITE show growing up) and reading about it in "Mysteries of the Unknown" and other similar books. I was captivated by this film and I still am. There's never been another film like it...that is until Rick Dyer's tent video.

There have been many things written about this film and is guaranteed to have many more things written about it. Some people swear this is a fake, a hoax and they can prove it. Bob Heironimus swears he was the one wearing the fake suit in the film. Other people say Heironimus is full of s**t and is just looking for a piece of fame. I happen to agree with that. He claims Phillip Morris made the suit he wore. Well, I've seen Morris' attempt to make another Patty suit and it looked ridiculous. I've recently heard a few things I want to clear up.

Bob Heironimus

One, that when Patterson's horse first saw Patty it flipped out and fell with Patterson in tow, falling on top of him and crushing him. And that somehow Roger was able to get up and run after Patty with his camera. This is just not true. Patterson's horse, upon seeing Patty, reared up, knocking Roger off it. That's all. So that is how he was able to still run after Patty. The horse reared up, it did not fall down and pin Patterson.

Two, that the original footage does not exist. All we have are copies and copies of copies. This is not true either. The original film DOES exist and has been owned by Patterson's wife Patricia since Roger's death in 1972. In 2008 Mrs. Patterson gave Bill Munns, a makeup artist, creature creator, and computer graphics professional, unprecidented access to the original film. He meticulously made a digital copy from the original, in the presence of Mrs. Patterson and a camera crew from National Geographic. I personally think the new digital copy is amazing.

Because until then all we had were copies of copies that became more distorted and grainy each time they were copied. But now we have a first generation digital copy. It's a lot clearer and cleaner, and Munns was able to do a lot with it, like make a 3-D model of the scene. For more information on this you can watch National Geographic's "The Truth Behind Bigfoot" (2010) and for more information on Bill Munns you can visit his website at  www.themunnsreport.com  or his youtube channel under the same name.

As time went by, new and advanced software has been developed that experts have used to study the Patterson film. Things like the creature's gait, bone structure, and musculature. All these things show me it's not a human in a suit. That a human's gait and bone structure and Patty's are not the same. These things take the argument for Patty's authenticity, beyond “it’s just is it a man in a suit”, or could a suit like that have even been made in 1967. I of course think the answer to that is no. And so do a lot of special effects creature makers.

But I'm not here to convince you the film is authentic. I am not an expert of any kind. I'm just a Bigfoot enthusiast who believes the film is authentic. And besides, by now you have already decided what you think about it. That it's real, fake, or you're just not sure. There are some things I think we can all pretty much agree on though. That it's one of the most controversial Bigfoot films of all time. It’s been 46 years later and the film is still sparking debate. And finally, that for many it was the film that first sparked our interest in Bigfoot.

BIGFOOT ENCOUNTER: ALBERT OSTMAN'S Detailed Account Pt 4

Albert Ostman

By Lynk Paul Team Tracker Member
This story is one of the most well known of all encounters to everyone long entrenched in Bigfoot research. The purpose of this series is mainly, to enlighten people who are new to, and interested in the subject of Bigfoot, present and future research.
PART 4

At this time, Albert was trying to figure out exactly what kind of animal this could be. In his sleeping bag, and in almost a sitting position, Albert tried desperately to reach his sheath knife which was beneath him but couldn’t. However, his trusty rifle was in there, right in front of him, tightly clutched in his hands, there was no way in hell he was going to let it go. He could also feel the cans from his back pack hitting his back with every step the creature made.
After what he estimated to be an hour of traversing a more or less level terrain, he could feel the creature descending up a steep hill. He could actually feel himself rise with every step. Whatever was carrying him was breathing heavily and at times coughed lightly. Now Albert was thinking to himself; this must be one of those mountain Sasquatch giants the old Indian told him about.
He was in a tight position, literally, totally unable to move. As I recall, he mentioned that one of his shoes was crossways beneath him with a nail from the sole, digging into his foot. I can just imagine the terrible pain he must have in, not being able to move and all. Now they were traversing downhill. He could feel himself touching the ground and the creature at an elevation below him. He soon got to level ground again and trotted for a while. All the while, Albert was in terrible pain from the cramps in his legs and wished that they would reach their destination soon, not being able to withstand being carried like that too much longer.
They were now traveling uphill again, the pain subsided a bit and He tried to estimate distance and direction traveled. He estimated they were moving for about three hours, as he had no idea exactly when he started to move because he was asleep when he was picked up. Finally the creature stopped and dropped him and the back pack; he could hear the rattling of the cans. Then he heard a strange chatter, a language he did not understand. When he was dropped, he rolled downhill a bit and managed to get his head out for some air. He attempted to straighten his legs and crawl out but both his legs were too numb.

Still under the cover of the early morning darkness, he could not see what this creature looked like. Constantly massaging his legs so he could get his shoes on, He heard the sound of continuous chattering all around him. By now, he knew he was among the Sasquatch, as described to him by the old Indian. As dawn began to break, he could see their silhouettes against the faint background light.

The only thing on his mind was, how do I get away from them? Finally getting circulation back in his legs, with the help of his rifle, he attempted to stand, although a bit wobbly, he was able to, sore foot and all. He shouted out to them, “What do you fellows want with me”, but heard only more chatter.

He could now see them clearly, four people, two big ones and two little ones. All covered in hair and no clothes. He could now see the mountains all around him and the time on his watch was now 4:25 am.
