Next week will be the first anniversary of when Rick Dyer had his the encounter on September 6, 2012 when he shot and killed a Bigfoot in San Antonio, Texas. A special show is being discussed for that evening so, keep checking this blog for updates.

 

The brand new web site is designed by Team Tracker member Andrew Clacy. This awesome website is the place to find out about Rick and Bigfoot. Also a new blog, a place to report a sighting. Merchandise, licensing, media and also Rick Dyer's biography and a discription in hi sown words of his encounter with Bigfoot . Rick show's is being been broadcast exclusivity on YouTube using Google Hangouts which lets you see Rick and the Team Tracker members and it has a function for viewers to ask questions on the site.

A prominent scientist will be making a statement in regard to "Hank" the Bigfoot body that has been studied over the past year. For those of us who have seen the body, we know that this is going to rock the scientific and zoological community for many years to come.  As I've said before, no longer will people be afraid to come forward with the encounters and sightings they have had and will no longer be laughed at.

Rick Dyer has been busy filming his new A&E TV series and of course the movie "Shooting Bigfoot" will finally be coming to theaters that features Rick, plus Dallas and Wayne.

Then we can have the last laugh at the haters and nuts who have made untrue and unfair statements attacking Rick, myself and others on the team. We can then look at them and see the look on their faces as they find out THEY have made fools of themselves to the world.

"A Non-Skeptic's View Of The PG Film"

 

 

(Editor note: Over the last few weeks, we have been presenting a skeptic's  point of views on this famous film taken in 1967. Now, here is a non-skeptic's point of view. The opinions expressed are not necessarily those of Rick Dyer, Frank Cali or Team Tracker members.)

 

 

I'm writing this to offer a "non-skeptic's" point of view on the infamous Patterson/Gimlin film of Patty. That's right, I'm a believer. That means I BELIEVE it to be a genuine film of a Sasquatch, I don't KNOW it is. Patterson and Gimlin are the only two people who can know that. Patterson's dead, but went to his grave saying the film was real, and Gimlin agrees.

 

This 1967 film has captured my imagination ever since I was a child. I grew up seeing the film on shows like "Unsolved Mysteries" and repeats of  "In Search Of" (my absolute FAVORITE show growing up) and reading about it in "Mysteries of the Unknown" and other similar books. I was captivated by this film and I still am. There's never been another film like it...that is until Rick Dyer's tent video.

 

There have been many things written about this film and is guaranteed to have many more things written about it. Some people swear this is a fake, a hoax and they can prove it. Bob Heironimus swears he was the one wearing the fake suit in the film. Other people say Heironimus is full of s**t and is just looking for a piece of fame. I happen to agree with that. He claims Phillip Morris made the suit he wore. Well, I've seen Morris' attempt to make another Patty suit and it looked ridiculous. I've recently heard a few things I want to clear up.

One, that when Patterson's horse first saw Patty it flipped out and fell with Patterson in tow, falling on top of him and crushing him. And that somehow Roger was able to get up and run after Patty with his camera. This is just not true. Patterson's horse, upon seeing Patty, reared up, knocking Roger off it. That's all. So that is how he was able to still run after Patty. The horse reared up, it did not fall down and pin Patterson.

 

Two, that the original footage does not exist. All we have are copies and copies of copies. This is not true either. The original film DOES exist and has been owned by Patterson's wife Patricia since Roger's death in 1972. In 2008 Mrs. Patterson gave Bill Munns, a makeup artist, creature creator, and computer graphics professional, unprecidented access to the original film. He meticulously made a digital copy from the original, in the presence of Mrs. Patterson and a camera crew from National Geographic. I personally think the new digital copy is amazing.

 

Because until then all we had were copies of copies that became more distorted and grainy each time they were copied. But now we have a first generation digital copy. It's a lot clearer and cleaner, and Munns was able to do a lot with it, like make a 3-D model of the scene. As time went by, new and advanced software has been developed that experts have used to study the Patterson film. Things like the creature's gait, bone structure, and musculature. All these things show me it's not a human in a suit. That a human's gait and bone structure and Patty's are not the same. These things take the argument for Patty's authenticity, beyond “it’s just is it a man in a suit”, or could a suit like that have even been made in 1967. I of course think the answer to that is no. And so do a lot of special effects creature makers.

But I'm not here to convince you the film is authentic. I am not an expert of any kind. I'm just a Bigfoot enthusiast who believes the film is authentic. And besides, by now you have already decided what you think about it. That it's real, fake, or you're just not sure. There are some things I think we can all pretty much agree on though. That it's one of the most controversial Bigfoot films of all time. It’s been 46 years later and the film is still sparking debate. And finally, that for many it was the film that first sparked our interest in Bigfoot.

Not a word form Steve Kulls who said he was coming and will be in LA this Friday August 9, 2013.It's now Thursday and if he would be coming, Rick Dyer has not seen a scan or photo of Kulls plane ticket. Some people who know Kulls say he can't afford a plane ticket. That he does not have that kind of cash. Is he going to miss this live changing event?

The other "dude" Randy Filapovic has every excuse in the book why he can't come to the US from Canada which is a load of crap. A big man behind a keyboard, but gutless when it comes time to put his money where his big mouth is. Seeing a live Bigfoot would destroy his fantasy world of Knights in Shining Armor, Defeating Dragons with his mighty sword and all the pointless thinking of a

alleged decisional mind in need help said  alleged professional mental evaluation. According to rumors, mental heath professional's looked at his "blog" and they became alarmed at his rants. What his "followers" don't realize is that they will go down with him as an accessory in his attacks now under investigation.  

With only one day left and only one person who claims he's coming to California. It looks like the other two will go down as losers and cowards in the Bigfoot community. They can trash peoples reputations, but when  they are offered the chance of a lifetime to see an actual Bigfoot, they ran or the hills.

Have you ever had something happen to you that you new you would carry with you all the days of your life, something that actually effected you and those around you in many ways?

This happen to me one early summer day, I was 10 years old, not the normal boy who by this time in his life would be playing with toy cars and Hot Wheels no none of that for me. My interested leaned more towards snakes and lizard Godzilla and King Kong.

School was up to this point normal for me. I went to Skyline grade school at the time. I was always head of the class, the young girls savior, I remember always being called upon at school to protect a girl who was being bullied by some nose picking, spitting young boy who hates girl germs.

I lived on what they called the Hill in a small community called Linton in Oregon State. Its a small town that runs parallel to St.Helen's highway which also runs parallel to the Willamit river.

The Neighborhood I lived in was quite, made up of several homes lining a winding road that went to a dead end at the top of the hill.There was a grade school on the hill called Linton grade school. At this time the school was closed. On the road. I lived on you could walk to one end of the road and it led right into the woods.

 

As a young boy I spent hours upon hours in those woods. This was in the 70's so I did not have access to the toys and electronics that the children of today have. So I had to keep myself occupied. So I spent most of my time outside playing. My Mother was a single parent who worked a lot, and most days I had a lot of time by myself.

One day I headed off to build a tree fort in the woods I had a wheel barrel with supplies in it. As I got deeper into the woods there was a washout on the trail, it had rained hard the day before and I was walking on a trail next to creek with a steep hill on each side and it stated to get muddy from the run off.

I  remember hearing a sound I can only describe as heavy breathing, but real deep guttural. I looked to my right and that is when I saw it. Above me on the ridge stood to me what looked to be a large hairy ape like creature. It was about 8 foot and had grayish black hair. One thing I noticed right away is that it was standing on only two feet, more like a man than any gorilla or ape I have ever seen. at the Zoo or TV. It proceeded to come down the hill and was at the bottom at no time. All I could do is just stand there and watch. He was no more than 30 feet away from me, he looked at me for a moment than leaped across the  creek and ran up the hill and was gone.

Since that day I have never stop looking for the creature known as Bigfoot, because that's what I believed I saw that day, I have told many people about my encounter, most of them laugh and say oh you were so young it could have been anything. I had many sleepless nights after that day and it took me a longtime before I could go back to those woods again, and every time I did after that it made my hair stand up on the back of my neck when ever I crossed that area. Those people who say they have seen Bigfoot know what they saw. Believe me when I say,if you ever see this creature, there will be no question about what you saw and it will be seared in your mind the rest of your life.
