Tony Nevada is Ricky Dyer and he released it the same way as the tent video (under an alias). If you look at the body it is in a coffin style interment or medical glass case. Its called "Film 1" by Rick Dyer. Look at the face and skin and how unrealisticly smooth the skin is and how unwrinkled or weathered it is. Also the fur is brand new factory fresh synthetic fiber fur and does not look like worn rough and tumble weathered body hair.
Here is my challenge to you believers: When you get to the expedition and view the body in a glass case- which Rick WILL NOT let you touch believe me..even though he said he would. Take a close look and you will determine its a fake. Once you determine this, what will you do??? Will you raise hell, or just be a good TT and go along with the hoax?
I know if I was tricked into flying all the way to Vegas to see a fake body I would be PISSED. TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT IT, and talk to your other TT about it and you will see.
As for free expedition...lol I seem to remember people paying $200 gold memberships and $500 platinum ones. Also non-members are paying $300 per person. Notice how Rick said 'EXPENSIVE VIDEO EQUIPMENT' he 'hired' to film the expedition? Trust me he will ask you to cover part of the expensive video costs.

Noel offers no new proof and in fact is just as fallacious as Rick and crew. He states in an interview, that bigfoots brains are twice the size of humans. That's where you lose credibility. How can you make a statement like that without a body ever having being examined? These points are the very reason, you can't argue with them. They make an assumption and present it as fact. Then others follow their lead and before you know it, it is a fact that a Sasquatches brain is twice the size of a human. I want to believe, but you all make it so hard.

I'll do it. I'm an impossible cookie though if you want to convince me that evolution is false. I can except your several examples of animals unchanged for millions of years, but I would say that is because they have reached their evolutionary apex as far as being adaptable to many and changing environments. As for a walking whale. Whales are mammals, so it is assumed that a creature much like (and I said like) cows ventured back out to sea and evolved into creatures like dolphins, whales, walruses and other mammalian sea creatures. They did this because perhaps it was safer, more food or any number of reasons. The Galapagos Islands has some amazing evidence for quick turn around evolution such as the I believe Finches, which there are hundreds of different species adapted to specific areas on the different islands. We could debate the seeming lack of or if you will a missing missing link, but I don't have any problems with that either since it is what they evolved to, that survived and the predecessors were ill equipped and died off. Intact fossils are very hard to find of any creature.
Just not sure how we stay on track for a bigfoot discussion, which is why we are here. So while I can debate possibilities for Bigfoots evolution, it's not like we can pick up an encyclopedia and use well accepted theories as to what it is. So, as long as I said we are debating on the same page I am game. Sorry this was rushed, have to go.

A few things:
1 - I am not paying my attorney several thousand dollars to draw up a contract when I have no one taking me up on the offer. If you would like to contend that it would cost several thousand dollars, please feel free to investigate Bryan Cave LLP and prove me wrong. And please do not reply by saying "It's only a few thousand dollars." That is money better spent elsewhere if no one is taking me up on the wager.
2 - How is it that I will weasel out of paying the $50,000.00? Assuming both parties sign an agreement and the money is in escrow, I will not have access to the money. It will be given directly from the bank to the winner of the bet pending the terms of the agreement are met. I have to say, by not grasping this concept for what is probably the 10th time, my respect for you is really starting to decline. You seemingly are not that bright, yet you are always first to speak up. That is not a good mixture.
3 - The language will clearly need to be refined by an attorney, however, it will encompass proof through DNA evidence and the proper authorities verifying that this is indeed a new species that has never been accounted for.
4 - My full legal name is not really necessary at this point. Though if you would like to know a bit about me; I was born and raised in NYC. I am partners in a real estate development and investment firm that specializes in urban new development and rehabilitation projects. I deal with large sums of money and serious people on a daily basis. Much more threatening than you, if you can imagine that. I love what i do, and I love money. I do not like people who con others out of their money. Hence the origination of this wager.

Now that I am fully up to speed on the whole scenario, lets recap: He promised the movie would show the truth - It didn't. He promised the body would be released directly following the movie. Never happened. He promised additional HD footage to support his claims. Never happened. He promised receipts to coincide with the dates and the way he claims things transpired. Never happened, and so on. Yet instead of questing this man for proof, you project on literally everyone else.
In case you still do not understand, I am the one who SUGGESTED this get done through legal channels so neither myself or Mr. Dyer could get out of it. You seem to have the comprehension of a child. The casings were not blanks he said showed one that was supposedly from Ricks gun and he said same ammo he uses.

Some of the story actually holds more credibility for Rick than not.
I don`t recall Dyer`s rib explanation. If he nailed ribs to the tree as he said, that would involve a hammer (I assume) and nails. So it was pre planned? I doubt that a person would take those items on an expedition as a general rule.

Last time i looked they have Nails and Hammers at Walmart even at the Home-depot that they were behind. So you don't need to have that much planning to pick up a box of nails and hammer from either of these places. The bottom line is that there is circumstantial evidence supporting those on both sides of the fence with no concrete proof either way.
