This
message was sent by the Hot Docs Director of Programming following an email
exchange with Justin Mah, whose byline is on one of the Hot Docs blurbs about
"Shooting Bigfoot." Some people assumed that there was no Bigfoot in the film
because the description did not mention one. The original email asked Justin if
he had actually seen the film in its entirety, especially the last three
minutes.
Several hours after Justin sent emails offering no comment, and
the email conversation had ended, this unsolicited email was received from the
festival's Director of Programming stating that "we're not commenting on the
last three minutes." Why wouldn't they comment on something that was no big
deal??

Many thanks for getting in touch. Both Justin and I have seen
the film in
full. We're not commenting on the last three minutes, we
recommend that
you come and see the film.
