I'm neither a believer or a disbeliever in what Rick has reported (though I am leaning towards this being something big). I just wanted to comment on what some people are posting at FBFB in response to the trailer.
It seems to me that people will hear whatever confirms what they want to believe. At least two people said that near the end, with the film showing Dyer advancing through the dark with gun at the ready, that someone says, "Don't shoot me!" One commenter was even stupid enough to say that it sounded like a 'homeless person'. What a riot. Yes, homeless people in Texas often have British accents. LOL! The speakers on my computer are not the greatest, but I heard someone with a brit accent saying, "Don't shoot it!", not "Don't shoot me!"
Others are comparing this to the Blair Witch Project, which is also kind of ridiculous. That film was a drama shot like a first hand experience, not a documentary following real life characters doing their thing. The same people who are saying it is 'just like the Blair Witch Project' are then turning clean around and saying that it is a documentary that is meant to be taken as a comedic farce. Which way do they want to play this??? The Blair Witch project was meant to be taken as a comedic farce? What a bunch of knuckleheads.
What is really interesting to me is that this trailer confirms a great deal of what Dyer has been saying...
-A bit of hostility between himself and the attitude of Matthews the film maker. This can be seen in the little exchange where Dyer responds to the question about qualifications as a Bigfoot tracker by asking if there are qualifications to be an asshole film maker. That cracked me up! But this seems to confirm what Dyer said recently... that he felt the film makers where just poking fun at the whole subject of Sasquatch and of those who go looking for it.
-Ribs nailed to a tree, with Matthews (I assume) asking if it is to "lure him in".
-A farcical beginning to the film, which then takes a strange turn somewhere near the end (also confirmed in a recent review on line).

On that last point, some of the comments on FBFB are focusing on the farce nature first revealed in the trailer, and totally ignoring the last minute, which seems to take a decidedly serious turn.

Dyer is right about one thing for sure.. there are a ton of haters out there. And they all seem to hate him. I don't get it.

Sounds more like Morgan saying "Don't shoot, RICK!"

I dont care about the haters and trolls I couldn't give a damn there nothing to me. What I do care about is that Rick is given the kudos he deserves, he has been unwavering and faultless in his story since it broke.

Now people are not only starting to get right behind him they are fighting for him because they can see the truth unfolding before them.

Share this story and support Rick! You too can be a part of history in the making as the real truth unfolds!

With Rick all the way, have been from nearly the beginning. This trailer and film looks awesome.

After listening again, it maybe 'Don't shoot, Rick!' In either case, it certainly does not sound like a homeless Texan yelling, "Don't shoot me!", which is what a few people at FBFB are claiming.
