Breaking NewsThe Tent Video Has Hit The NEWS!!

SAN ANTONIO -
For decades, people have searched for Bigfoot, offering up large footprints, tufts of hair and often questionable pictures and video to prove the mythical creature's existence.
Right now, the online Bigfoot community is on fire with claims from a controversial man who is saying he shot and killed a Bigfoot in Northwest San Antonio last September.
Rick Dyer is the man who claims he killed Bigfoot.

He makes a living tracking the mythical creature and runs a website called BigfootTracker.com.
"Bigfoot is 100 percent real. There's no question about that," Dyer said, during a recent Skype interview from his home in Las Vegas, Nev. "I'm going to go down in history as the best Bigfoot tracker in the world."
Over the past four years, Dyer said he has been on 90 expeditions, searching for Bigfoot across the United States, Mexico, Russia and China.
"I have been all over the world searching for Bigfoot. I have moved my family to seven different states. I am dedicated," Dyer said.
It's that dedication that led Dyer to San Antonio.
The first time he came here was in 2009, shortly after a homeless woman called 911 to report a Bigfoot sighting.
The couple was living in a tent in the woods near Loop 1604 and Highway 151. One night in November 2009, the couple claimed to see a "very large, hairy animal" enter their campsite and take off with a deer carcass.
"This thing was 75 feet away from me," the unidentified woman told a 911 dispatcher. "It smells awful and devoured a whole deer carcass and then took off and screamed, screeched, and took off across the street. I know you guys are going to think I'm crazy but I'm dead serious."
Dyer came across the 911 call on the internet and decided to travel to San Antonio to find the couple that reported the sighting.
Not only did Dyer find the couple, he claims he saw the Bigfoot in the woods behind the Home Depot located off of Loop 1604 near Highway 151.
Dyer didn't get any footage of the beast, or find any other evidence, but he made a commitment to himself to return to San Antonio another day.
It took nearly three years for Dyer to return to the Alamo city to continue his search in September 2012.
This time, he had a documentary film crew in tow, and they all camped out in tents where several homeless people claimed to have seen the creature.
"I nailed ... pork ribs from the WalMart down the street to the side of the tree, and low and behold, he came and started eating the pork ribs off the tree," Dyer said.
Surprised that the sasquatch actually showed up, Dyer said he was only able to grab his cell phone and take a short video clip of the beast just outside his tent.
The now-infamous "tent video" has been picked apart by believers and skeptics all over the internet.
Dyer claimed the creature returned to the campsite a second time.
This time, he was ready. Instead of grabbing a camera, he grabbed his rifle and shot the Bigfoot.
According to Dyer, he rented a truck and transported the lifeless body to an undisclosed location outside of Las Vegas, where it remains.
The body hasn't been shown to the public because Dyer said he has a contractual agreement with the documentary crew that they would get to release their film first.
"Once this film comes out in late March or early April, then we're going to start releasing photos and then eventually the body," Dyer said, adding the body is undergoing testing. "(Investors) have paid for all the necessary testing to prove that this is an unknown creature and not a man in a suit or a caveman or something. This is a Bigfoot."
Rick Dyer is an animated character who admits he is not well liked by the Bigfoot community.

if your telling the truth people will either hate you for killing it in cold blood, or still not believe you no matter the evidence. Classic boy who cried wolf scenario.
You will not go down in history as the best bigfoot tracker Rick, you'll go down in history as the bigfoot tracker that murdered bigfoot. Not my opinion, just how i believe you will be remembered. That is if anyone remembers at all. Most likely not,, sorry dude but if you're looking for fame, become a country singer or something.

99.9% of all people believe that mostly every video that comes out is fake misidentified animals that look like a Bigfoot or a Hoaxed scenario, to gain attention in the Bigfoot Communities. I personally don't blame people for this reaction, due to past pranks played on the hard working field researchers to make there Bigfoot evidence seem unworthy. Hair samples, footprints and all the body castings in the world is not enough for the scientific comunity to take us seriously. So what does the scientific and academic do, they say the only thing that would convince them of a Bigfoot's existence is the bones of an already deceased Bigfoot or a body, and I quote them "A Body Would Be Our First Choice" so what has happened here is simple, and you don't have to be a genius to see it. Peer Pressure has driven some people to make the decision to hunt down and kill a Bigfoot, to prove too settle this debate of their existence once and for all. What pisses me off is no single person or Bigfoot group is pointing any fingers at the Science, Academic and Law Enforcement field's for making the suggestion to hunt/kill the Big Hairy Hybrid, so if we are going to point fingers lets start pointing them to include the people demanding a body, Scientists, Academics and finally the Government, State and Federal, I'm excluding the only State that had any balls to create a law making it illegal to harm, interfere, harass or KILL a Bigfoot, and don't you find that a little funny it's WASHINGTON...
Let's put past actions away, of people who have made mistakes, the people who made the bad decisions are aware of them, we are aware of them, and you can bet you're paycheck that the Scientific, Academic, Law, Federal and State are aware of them. If you feel the need to point your finger at the guilty for people who has or are thinking about killing a Bigfoot, point your finger at all the parties involved. I Love all people, and living creatures of God, but right now im pointing my finger at the right people, and guess what finger it is... Minister / Bigfooter, Tim Hunter

I, for one, became immediately heartbroken to hear the poor creature had been killed. Shame on you.

Can't change the past but you can change the present. My advise to you is to join "Peta" and become a professional game warden in Africa.

Hoping and wishing are valid emotions but only science will vindicate Mr. Dyer.

This is the same TV news stationed that interviwed Ken Gerhard on the 8th of Feburary 2012. Mr. Gerhard said he believed there was the presence of bigfoot in Bexar County in and around the city of SanAntonio. Yesterday Mr. Gerhard was the guest on a BlogTalk radio show entitled "The Paranormal and The Sacred". Since Mr. Dyer claimed he killed a bigfoot in this county I asked Mr. Gerhard what he though about the claim. In so many word he called Mr. Dyer a hoaxer. He also went on to state that he had investigated the 911 incident and found no proof of anything. It is my opinion only that Mr. Gerhard knows' more than we are being told.

Anon 9:43- Please do a minimal amount of investigating first before you advocate for PETA.
"New records show PETA killed a staggering 89.4 percent of the adoptable pets in its care during 2012. Despite years of public outrage over its euthanasia program, the notorious animal rights group has continued killing adoptable dogs and cats at an average of over 30 pets per week."

Excellent but there are too many pansies in the bigfoot community. It almost appears people that believe don't want this mystery to come to an end.

Because he could if you believe he did.

Bigoot is not real. If it were, real scientists would have discovered it a long time before this jerk. You really think Bigfoot eluded us for this long just to be lured out by some ribs and shot by this dude? Also science would demand the FRESH body to be investigated regardless of contracts. You have to remember that these film people are in this for the MONEY! If it were true, they would race to have to body inspected and displayed so as to give their film hype. Once again, Bigfoot is not real.

Ahhhh, but Bigfoot is real.
